From the first hand-built tools to a modern automated production system, every generation reflects the persistence of the Lianfa team.
Lianfa products travel all over the world. From scratch, they carry the wisdom and hard work of Lianfa people. Across the company's development, production has moved through manual, semi-automated and automated stages, with each generation of products growing alongside the business.
In the early years, the team learned through difficult production trials. Quality problems were not hidden: failed batches were destroyed, the causes were studied and the production process was rebuilt around reliability.
With the chairman's support for research, process innovation and technical investment, production progressed from manual assembly to automated needle rows, electric cutting and today's fully automated straight-needle assembly lines. Product quality is now stable and reliable.
Lianfa continues to invest in new products and technologies. Its product families include ordinary blood collection needles, safety blood collection needles and blood collection pens, sold to healthcare partners around the world.
